With over 10 years’ experience training and helping dozens of clients lose weight and keep it off, I will help reestablish your relationship to exercise and food. Your sustainable weight loss will be the result of a daily practice of functional training, mindfulness towards eating, positive self-talk and self-acceptance.

Fitness progress is not linear, it can include achievements and set-backs. I pinpoint what changes need to be tackled to achieve faster results. Rightly doing so will ensure the progression happens on schedule. While clients are asked to trust the process and comply with the program to see results, I provide accountability and ensure to track the progress periodically.

Fitness is not a punishment and success is more than shedding pounds. The goal is to get you physically and mentally stronger. You will learn new habits to achieve greater results. Early on, we will identify your level of commitment and establish a plan in accordance with your needs. It is not necessary to give up everything you love, but you will have to be aware of the impact of your choices, actions and thoughts.

Listen to your inner self to reveal truths and understand what is holding you back.
NOURISH
Eat food that loves you back. The body is fuelled by what we eat. You are what you eat, literally. Improving your relationship to food will help you feel happier, be stronger, have more energy, lose weight and even be more present.
MOVE
Why wait to achieve a certain level of fitness before starting out? Any level is the perfect place to start. Just remember to train for functionality. We’re our best when our bodies can function from a balanced state.
CHANGE
Everyday is an opportunity to evolve from things that are holding you back. Your ability to change is not defined by yesterday and doesn’t need to wait until tomorrow.
Lucas made me realize that working out and reaching my goal takes time and dedication. He also taught me that working out is not only a hobby: it’s a lifestyle.
