Assessment

An efficient training program is only built after a thorough assessment.

I start by carefully listening and understanding your needs and goals. Then, a five-step assessment is performed about your lifestyle, nutrition habits, movement, performance and body composition. The assessment identifies:

  • Your commitment levels to make the necessary changes

  • Movement skills and postural imbalances to prevent and overcome pains and injuries

  • The right approach to change your nutrition for the goals established

  • Areas in need of work for a higher performance

Training

Once the assessment is completed, I work in partnership with you to find the right balance of exercise and nutrition to match your goals and lifestyle. Through my progressive approach, I continuously adapt training plans and nutrition guidance for maximum results. You will learn the impact of your choices and thoughts on your health and fitness, and develop new habits and tools to succeed.

I follow a general framework using the Functional Patterns methodology:

  1. Myofascial Release

  2. Breathing

  3. Posture

  4. Corrective exercises

  5. Integrations and dynamic three-dimensional movements

Nutrition

Eating healthy does not always mean eating right for your goals. Hence, I take my time to understand your eating routine, your likes and dislikes, to create sustainable plans aimed at achieving your goals and maintaining them for the long haul.

Although there are some simple rules to obtain good health and body composition, each person may require a different nutrition strategy. Through my coaching, you will learn what works for your body and bridge the gap between knowing and doing.
