Group Classes

All classes are designed intentionally to promote training longevity and sustainability. They are carefully programmed to improve one’s ability to move pain free, maximizing fat loss and lean muscle development.

Classes are offered for every level. Each indoor class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

All classes are reserved ahead of time; contact me directly to reserve your spot. Classes are offered at Infinite Training.

Price varies from $16 to $20 per class depending on the sessions package you get.

Pure Strength

Mondays
7:30pm – 8:30pm

This class helps you build functional strength and develop lean muscle. This one-hour workout focuses on full-body strength with exercises that require several muscle groups working at once. Uncover true strength and potential you didn't know you had.

Myofascial Release Class

Mondays
12pm– 12:30pm

Fridays

9:15am - 9:45am

This class consists of 30 minutes myofascial release and 30 minutes of functional cardio. This class aims reducing myofascial restrictions caused by poor posture, injuries and physical and mental traumas

Metabolic Circuit

Wednesdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

This is a high intensity circuit training designed to ramp up your calorie burn and work capacity. Build lean muscle mass by boosting both muscular strength and endurance.

Functional Patterns based movements to help build a more functional body. This class focuses on building a strong postural and movement foundation to reduce chronic pain and improve modern society myofascial dysfunctional.
