Coco-Chia Pudding

While searching for tasty desserts for my "healthy snack" birthday party, I came across this recipe and decided to give it a try! This Chocolate Chia Pudding was a total success. We made it in 5 minutes, it was simple and easy.
Chocolate Chia Pudding
1/2 cup organic coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 large banana
2 tbsp cacao powder (organic, fair trade and raw if possible)
2 tsp unpasturized honey (or pure maple syrup)
1/2 tsp vanilla or 1/2 whole vanilla bean
Garnish with raw cacao nibs & goji berries (I used goji berries and raspberries and it was delicious! But feel free to add the berries you like)
Mix everything, pour the mixture in separate cups, leave them covered in the fridge for one hour et voilà!
